Kurzfassung für Lesefaule: Alles Top, toller Kundendienst, sehr hilfsbereit, perfektes Produkt! Langfassung für interessierte: Habe mein Alulogo im Onlineshop bestellt. Prompt wurde ich dankenswerterweise angerufen und man teilte mir mit das die Qualität meiner Datei nicht ideal ist (andere Firmen hätten wahrscheinlich produziert und ein schlechtes Endprodukt geliefert). Habe dann ein Logo in besserer Qualität geschickt und zügig mein Aluverbund-Logo erhalten. In 99,9% aller Fälle wird dieses wahrscheinlich ein perfektes Ergebnis sein. Da in meinem Fall jedoch der immer Blick stark von der Seite kommt hat man leider leichte Dellen an den Fixierungspunkten gesehen. Der Kundendienst hat mein Anliegen ernst genommen und nach Rücksprache ein weiters Schild geliefert. Leider war auch dieses wieder mit dem gleichen Fehler. Heute habe ich das dritte bekommen und es ist PERFEKT!. Fazit: Fehler können jedem passieren, wie damit umgegangen wurde ist vorbildlich.

Für eine selbst gebaute Uhr bestellte ich eine Schablone, die von einer 16x32-LED-Matrix beleuchtet werden sollte. Die Mitarbeiter von cadout erkannten sofort am Motiv, dass dies keine normale Malerschablone wird, meldeten sich bei mir, berieten mich, unterstützten mich bei der Erstellung des CAD-Modells und empfohlen mir als Material Edelstahl zu nehmen, so dass meine Scrabble-Uhr sehr schön geworden ist. Beratung und Qualität hervorragend! Jederzeit wieder!
5 Sterne und das mehr als zu Recht. Der Kundenservice war richtig gut, ich wurde wenige Minuten nach meiner Bestellung telefonisch wegen einiger Rückfragen zu meiner Vorlagedatei kontaktiert. Die Schablone wurde dann schneller geliefert als angekündigt. Der erste Test des Stencils war viel besser als ich es bei dem filigranen Motiv erwartet hätte. Alles in allem einfach TOP. Das wird sicherlich nicht die letzte Schablone sein die ich bei Stencil Mafia bestelle. Vielen Dank für den guten Service und die professionelle Umsetzung. Nachtrag: Auch nach mehrfacher Benutzung ein 1a Ergebnis auf Holz.
