Color fan with color standards

Coloration

For your 3D cut, you have the choice of a wide range of materials, surfaces, and thicknesses. The options for perfectly representing your company or desired colors are just as varied. What is possible and what information we need from you will be explained below:

How does the color get onto your cut?

A: Dyed material from manufacturer's catalog

In this type of coloration, the panel material from which your cut is made is dyed by the manufacturer. Especially for acrylic glass (3mm & 8mm thickness), aluminum composite, and adhesive film cuts, you can choose from a relatively large color palette in the configurator.

  • Each contiguous element of your cut (e.g., a letter) can only have one color. Gradients cannot be reproduced.

  • Large selection of colors available for acrylic glass (in 8mm & 3mm thickness), aluminum composite, and adhesive film cuts.

  • For acrylic glass cuts, the color is applied not only to the visible side (mirror) but also to the cut surfaces.

  • In addition to color, you can also choose the gloss level of the surface (glossy, semi-matte, matte).

  • The catalog colors are listed as RAL equivalents.

  • The number of selected colors per product has a moderate impact on the price.

B: Digital UV Direct Print

Digital printing allows for color selection across the entire CMYK (4C) color space and can be applied to cuts made from acrylic glass (on the reverse side), foam board, and aluminum composite. The latest generation UV direct printers print using the color profile ECI ISO Coated V2.

  • Each contiguous element of your cut (e.g., a letter) can have multiple colors. Gradients and photographic images are also possible.

  • Printable materials include acrylic glass, aluminum composite, foam board, and adhesive film cuts.

  • With acrylic glass, the perfect, reflective surface is maintained through printing on the reverse side. The clear material conducts light and color to the surface.

  • Additional white printing enhances colors, making them richer and more vibrant.

  • The number of selected colors per product has minimal impact on the price.

C: Painted according to RAL

In the configurator, you can choose any colors from the entire RAL classic color catalog for the elements of your cut.

  • Each contiguous element of your cut (e.g., a letter) can be painted in only one color. Gradients and photographic images cannot be reproduced.

  • Paintable materials include foam board and LED cuts.

  • You can choose between glossy, semi-matte, and matte finishes.

  • The number of selected colors per product has a strong impact on the prices.
